IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Due to the physical nature of setting up mail on device, we we strongly recommend using Webmail for most users unless a). you feel comfortable with mail setup or b). have access to someone who can help onsite. Please see Who is responsible for email setup on my device? for more information.
STACK Data Centre mail server settings
Please test username and password before trying to setup mail at https://stackmail.com/
Email: something@yourdomain e.g. info@companyname.co.uk
Username: Your email address
Password: (to reset please call 0115 7180 365 from the phone listed on your website)
Incoming Server: imap.stackmail.com
IMAP Port: 993 (143 for non-SSL)
Outgoing Server: smtp.stackmail.com
SMTP Port: 465 (25 or 587 for non-SSL)
Outgoing Authentication: Must be Enabled
SSL: Enabled (recommended)
We recommend using IMAP over a secure SSL connection. IMAP allows you to store all your emails securely on the server and synchronise a number of devices with the account. If you wish to use POP3 the details are;
Incoming Server: pop.stackmail.com
POP3 Port: 995 (110 for non-SSL)
