*Important:
 outgoing authentication needs to be STARTTLS (SSL labelled option may fail).

Important:
Since April 2021 you may experience problems using your own domain, particularly on apple devices. In this situation change mail.yourdomain.co.uk with mail123.extendcp.co.uk where 123 is the particular server your mail services are hosted on. This can be found by using https://mxtoolbox.com/ and entering your domain, e.g. companyname.co.uk (without www). Click the IP address your mail is on and it will reveal the specific mail123.extendcp.co.uk server.

We recommend using IMAP. IMAP allows you to store all your emails securely on the server and synchronise a number of devices with the account. If you wish to use POP3 the details are;
