For most users we recommend using Webmail to access your mail as it is always available from anywhere with an internet connection and isn’t reliant on any settings or quirks of the device, please see How do I access my email?

Mail setup on a device through IMAP, Pop3 and SMTP is only provided on an “as is” basis, due to the physical nature of it being your device.

To setup mail in software, please see What are my mailbox settings? But we strongly advise against taking this route unless a). you feel comfortable with mail setup or b). have access to someone who can help onsite.
