We welcome clients to contact us and request changes as part of the managed service we offer by;
Although our support system can handle relatively large file uploads, it is not always practical to transfer a large number of individual files or very large file sizes. For this we recommend using a specialist file transfer system, please see How can I transfer large files over to you?
